WHY
A HORSEMANSHIP CLINIC?
Horsemanship
clinics are designed to help people further understand how to get along
with a thinking, feeling decision making animal. They are designed
to help a person increase their awareness level of what they see and feel
and to improve their timing so as to better communicate with a horse.
CLASS
DESCRIPTIONS:

Basic
Starter Class: Is designed to start or re-start horses under saddle
or help horses that have developed problems such as bucking, rearing, etc.
The clinician does all the preparation work and problem solving work.

Horsemanship
& Foundation Class: Are designed for rideable horses, some offer
ground work plus riding, some just riding.

Cow
Working & Roping: Horses should be well started, walk, trot,
canter, back, turn on the forehand or hind quarter and should lope or canter
circles.
Piper
Ridge Horse Farm is located one mile south of the Town of Limerick, Maine
on Route 5.

All
Clinics start at 9 AM rain or shine.
There places to stay and eat near by. We have both an indoor and
outdoor arena. There is plenty of parking available at the farm.

Spectator
fees: Payable at the door. There is no need for
spectators to pre-register. Children 12 and under may come and watch
for FREE at all clinics. BRING A CHAIR.

Deposits
are required for all participants. (Non-refundable but are transferable)

& Lodging
All clinics require
non-refundable deposits to hold spots.
